Sağlık Verileri Bildirimi

İşbu Bildirim, Spuddy uygulamasının ("Uygulama") sağlıkla ilişkili verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar ve Gizlilik Politikası'nın ayrılmaz bir ekidir. Sağlık verileri, hem KVKK kapsamında özel nitelikli kişisel veri hem de bazı yabancı mevzuatlar (örn. ABD eyalet düzenlemeleri) kapsamında tüketici sağlık verisi olarak özel korumaya tabidir.

1. İşlediğimiz Sağlıkla İlişkili Veriler

Kullanıcının isteğe bağlı olarak girdiği:

• Boy ve kilo,
• Fitness/spor hedefi.

Bu veriler yalnızca Kullanıcı bunları girdiğinde işlenir. Girilmemesi hâlinde bu veriler toplanmaz.

2. İşleme Amacı

• Kullanıcının isteğe bağlı olarak girdiği boy, kilo ve fitness/spor hedefi alanlarının profilinde yönetilmesi.

3. Hukuki Dayanak ve Rıza

Sağlıkla ilişkili veriler yalnızca Kullanıcının açık rızasıyla işlenir. Bu açık rıza, sağlık alanlarının (boy, kilo, hedef) girildiği ekranda yer alan ayrı ve özel bir onay (rıza) kutusu aracılığıyla, bilgilendirilmiş ve özgür irade ile alınır; söz konusu onay verilmeden bu alanlar kaydedilmez. Rıza, Profilim → Gizlilik üzerinden veya ilgili alanları boşaltarak dilediğiniz zaman geri çekilebilir; geri çekilmesi hâlinde ilgili veriler işlenmez ve silinir. Rızanın geri çekilmesi, geri çekilme anına kadarki işlemenin hukuka uygunluğunu etkilemez.

4. Paylaşım

• Sağlıkla ilişkili veriler, satılmaz ve reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz.

5. Saklama ve Silme

• Sağlıkla ilişkili veriler, hesap aktif olduğu sürece saklanır.
• Kullanıcı, Profilim → Hesabımı Sil ile bu verileri kalıcı olarak silebilir; ayrıca profil düzenleme ekranından bu alanları boşaltabilir.

6. Haklar

Kullanıcı; sağlıkla ilişkili verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına sahiptir. Başvurular support@spuddy.com.tr adresine yapılabilir.

Sağlıkla ilgili kararlar için bir sağlık profesyoneline danışılmalıdır.

This Notice explains how the Spuddy application (the "App") processes health-related data and forms an integral annex to the Privacy Policy. Health data is subject to special protection both as special-category personal data under the KVKK (Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698) and as consumer health data under certain foreign legislation (e.g., US state regulations).

1. Health-Related Data We Process

Data entered by the User on a voluntary basis:

• Height and weight,
• Fitness/sports goal.

This data is processed only when the User enters it. If it is not entered, this data is not collected.

2. Purpose of Processing

• Managing the height, weight, and fitness/sports goal fields voluntarily entered in the User's profile.

3. Legal Basis and Consent

Health-related data is processed only with the User's explicit consent. This explicit consent is obtained, on an informed and freely given basis, via a separate and specific consent checkbox on the screen where the health fields (height, weight, goal) are entered; these fields are not saved unless that consent is given. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via My Profile → Privacy or by clearing the relevant fields; upon withdrawal, the relevant data is no longer processed and is deleted. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out up to the time of withdrawal.

4. Sharing

• Health-related data is not sold and is not shared for advertising purposes.

5. Retention and Deletion

• Health-related data is retained for as long as the account is active.
• The User can permanently delete this data via My Profile → Delete My Account; they can also clear these fields from the profile editing screen.

6. Rights

The User has the rights to access, rectify, and erase their health-related data and to object to its processing. Applications may be made to support@spuddy.com.tr.

A healthcare professional should be consulted for health-related decisions.
